Question 1

Do I need a card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new shop starts on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit. It includes the limits shown above; move to a paid plan whenever you need more.

Question 2

What happens when I go past my included orders?

Accepted Answer

Your orders keep coming in: orders are never blocked, on any plan. The orders figure is what your plan includes each month; past it, our team may suggest a plan that fits better. The other limits in the table apply as shown.

Question 3

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a plan from your dashboard at any time. If you already pay by card, send a plan-change request from the same page and our team makes the switch.

Question 4

How does paying by card work?

Accepted Answer

Card plans are billed in US dollars once a month and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Question 5

How do I pay by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with the plan you want. We send you the payment details and activate your plan once your payment arrives. A transfer covers a month or a year at a time. Nothing renews automatically: to continue, you pay again.

Question 6

I run several shops. How am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Each shop is billed on its own. Every shop has its own plan, its own limits and its own payments, so one shop can be on one plan while another is on a different plan. You manage them all from the same login. A new shop starts on the Free plan until you choose a plan for it.

Question 7

Which couriers do you support?

Accepted Answer

Yalidine and ZR Express, on every plan. Tell us which other couriers matter to you.

Question 8

Do you help with setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes step-by-step guides in the app. Paid plans also include a free setup call with our team.

Question 9

Is my data isolated from other shops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Row-level security separates each shop's records at the database level.
