Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 29 September 2026.
1. About this policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Stockily work, how you can cancel, what happens when you cancel, and our approach to refunds. It applies to all paid plans for Stockily, the subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for cash-on-delivery e-commerce, operated by Stockily and available at https://www.stockily.io.
Stockily is offered worldwide. Card payments are charged in United States dollars (USD) through Stripe; in Algeria, paid plans can also be paid by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob, in Algerian dinars (DZD). This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service on a billing matter, this policy controls for that matter.
This policy is provided for general information. Consumer-protection and distance-selling laws vary by country, and where mandatory local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those laws prevail.
2. The Free plan (no time limit, no card required)
Every new shop starts on the Free plan. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no payment and no card. It includes the features and usage limits shown for it on the pricing page.
Because no payment method is collected, the Free plan never turns into a paid plan on its own. There is nothing to cancel to avoid a charge — if you do nothing, you are not billed.
You can choose a paid plan at any time. Billing begins only when you choose one.
3. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are charged in advance for each billing period. The price, plan features, and billing period shown when you pay apply to your plan until changed in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Paid by card: card plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch Stockily's servers; we do not store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
By starting a card subscription you authorize Stockily, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the start of each monthly period until you cancel.
Paid by bank transfer: in Algeria, a paid plan can also be paid by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob, in Algerian dinars, for one month or one year. We give you the payment details on request, and your plan takes effect for the period you paid once we have received and recorded your payment. Such a plan is never charged automatically and does not renew on its own.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel a card subscription at any time, for any reason. Cancellation is self-serve and takes only a few clicks — there is one clear path and no retention hoops, mandatory phone calls, or hidden steps.
To cancel, open the billing portal (the Stripe customer portal) from your Stockily account billing settings and select the option to cancel your subscription. The portal lets you manage your subscription, update your payment method, and view invoices directly. Your cancellation is confirmed by Stripe, and you should receive confirmation by email.
A plan paid by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay again, the plan ends at the end of the period you paid for.
If you have any trouble reaching the portal or completing a cancellation, contact us at contact@stockily.io and we will help you cancel — we will never withhold or delay a cancellation.
5. What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing — you will not be charged for any future billing period. You are not locked in beyond the period you have already paid for.
Your access does not end immediately on cancellation. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, the subscription ends and your shop continues on the Free plan, with the Free plan's features and limits.
Your data is not deleted when a paid plan ends: your shop continues on the Free plan with its data. Your data is deleted when you delete your account, or after termination under our Terms of Service, as described there and in our Privacy Policy. We make data export available so you can retain your records; if you need help exporting your data, contact contact@stockily.io.
6. Refunds
Stockily is a subscription service billed in advance. As a general rule, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, including any partial period remaining after you cancel. When you cancel, you continue to have access through the end of the period you have paid for rather than receiving a refund of that period's fee.
This general stance applies except where a refund is required by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer-protection or distance-selling rules in your country give you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.
Beyond what the law requires, Stockily may, at its discretion, grant refunds or credits as a good-faith exception — for example in cases of an accidental duplicate charge, a billing error, or a documented prolonged service outage. Good-faith exceptions are decided case by case and do not create an obligation to grant a refund in other situations.
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact contact@stockily.io with your account details and the charge in question. Approved refunds of card payments are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Approved refunds of payments made by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob are returned by transfer to the account the payment came from.
7. Failed payments and dunning
If a card renewal fails — for example because a card has expired or has insufficient funds — Stripe may try the charge again, and we may notify you so that you can update your payment details in the billing portal.
If a payment is still missing — a card renewal that could not be collected, or a plan paid by transfer whose period has ended without a new payment — your shop keeps its plan for a short grace period and then moves to the Free plan's limits until a new payment is received. We will not delete your data solely because a payment failed; data retention follows the timelines in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
To restore your plan after a failed card payment, update your payment method in the billing portal so the outstanding charge can be completed, or choose the plan again from your account billing settings. For a plan paid by transfer, pay again for a new period. If you need assistance, contact contact@stockily.io.
8. Annual plans
An annual plan is paid once, in advance, by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob, in Algerian dinars, and covers one year. It does not renew automatically: to continue after that year, you pay again.
The fee already paid for an annual plan is non-refundable except where required by law or granted as a good-faith exception under Section 6.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our service, our billing practices, or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that billing period.
10. Contact us
For billing questions, cancellations you cannot complete yourself, refund requests, or any other matter covered by this policy, contact Stockily at contact@stockily.io.
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
